December 2021 NCAA Commit Round Up: 38 boys commit from the Deep South

Welcome to DSLR's NCAA monthly Commitment Roundup for December powered by USA Lax Commits where we are pleased to report a total of 38 high school boys from the Deep South have committed to play college lacrosse. This month's report includes 9 new recruits who will be joining NCAA D1 programs and 7 players from the class of 2023. We also report on 3 guest players of our national teams who also gave thier commitments in December. Please note, our area of coverage in the Deep South consists of the 9 states east/northeast of Texas (AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MS, NC, SC, and TN).
Georgia led the way in December placing 15 new commits; they were followed by Florida with 9, South Carolina with 6, North Carolina with 5, and Alabama, Arkansas and Tennessee with 1 each. Georgia enjoys the most D1 commits with 4, followed by Florida with 3 and North Carolina and South Carolina with 1 each. There were 7 recruits from the 2023 class, 3 from Florida, 2 from Georgia and 1 each from North and South Carolina.
